The Delhi Capitals are riding a wave of two consecutive wins, propelling them to a respectable sixth place on the points table after a shaky start to the season. However, their momentum will be tested against Sunrisers Hyderabad, who are known for their aggressive batting approach and have recently set a new IPL total record.

The Capitals’ bowling trio of Ishant Sharma, Khaleel Ahmed, and Mukesh Kumar, along with spinners Kuldeep Yadav and Axar Patel, is their strongest suit. With David Warner’s form uncertain, their batting lineup is heavily reliant on Rishabh Pant, Prithvi Shaw, and newcomer Jake Fraser-McGurk. Meanwhile, Sunrisers’ batting spearheaded by Travis Head and Heinrich Klaasen, poses a formidable challenge, but they seek improvement in their bowling department, especially in tightening up their economy rates beyond Cummins.
