How to Register for IPL Fantasy 2022?
IPL Fantasy is powered by Dream 11. A user can either play season long IPL fantasy which involves more strategy and is time-consuming as they will be rewarded after the end of the tournament if they win. Or can play in daily fantasy competitions to win their favorite team’s autographed jersey.
1) A user can merely login using his registered phone number or through his Google account or Facebook account whichever is linked with Dream 11.
2) If a user doesn’t have an account then he can simply register by providing the following details phone number, email and password.
Note: You cannot change the email id and your favorite team after filling it in once.
How to Play IPL Fantasy League 2022 (Season Long)?
A participant needs to create a team keeping in mind the entire season or at least the next 3-4 matches. The team can be created with various combinations, however the basics are to be followed by a real IPL team. This illustrates that a team can consist maximum of 4 overseas players.
The combination which needs to be followed is –
Batsmen – A team can have 3-6 batsmen.
Bowlers – A team can have 3-6 bowlers
Wicket-Keepers – A team needs to have 1-4 wicket-keepers.
All-rounders – A team needs to have min 1 and max 4 all-rounders in their team.
However, a maximum of only 7 players can be selected from one franchise. Moreover, a player costs you certain virtual credits, thus you need to pick 11 players within 100 credits.
IPL Fantasy League Rules
- A total of 130 substitutes have been allotted to you after the start of the first IPL match. These subs need to be utilized for the league stage matches to make the changes in your team.
- Once the league stage ends, you can recreate your team according to play-offs with unlimited changes to your team.
- After the start of 1st play-off match, you will be allotted another 10 substitutes for the play-offs stage.
- Remember to utilize your 130 substitutes in the league stage only as these will not be carried forward for the playoffs.
- If a match gets abandoned or delayed then there will be no refund of the substitutes utilized by you in that particular match.
Precious Points
- You can change your captain, who will fetch you 2 times the points, and vice-captain, who will fetch you 1.5 times the point, in every match without counting on your substitutes.
- Many new boosters or added power have been added this year for a participant to utilize each booster once in the tournament and accumulate higher points.
These Boosters are as follows-
I) Double UP – Big game and your maximum players are from a particular game? Then use this to double your score from a particular match.
II) Super Transfer – Running out of substitutes? Use this booster to make unlimited subs in a match.
III) Triple-Impact – Select a particular player to fetch you 3x points in a match. Captain, vice-captain and triple impact players need to be unique.
IV) Power Batter – A high-scoring pitch? Select as many batters in your team and use this booster to score 2x points for every batter.
V) Power Bowler – A bowling pitch? Select as many bowlers and use this booster to score 2x points for every bowler.
VI) Power All-Rounder – Every all-rounder from your team will accumulate 2 times the points.
VII) Power Keeper – Every wicket-keeper in your team will fetch you 2 times the points.
VIII) Power Uncapped – Utilize this option when you have too many uncapped players in your team from a particular match. This booster will fetch you 2x points for every uncapped player.
IX) Power Overseas Player – Select this to have 2x points for every overseas player in your team.
Note: Only 1 booster can be used in one match.
