“I Was Offered A Lead Role In The Bollywood Movie Gangster”: Huge Revelation by Shoaib Akhtar

Shoaib Akhtar recently revealed that he was offered a lead role in a Bollywood movie.

Former Pakistani pacer Shoaib Akhtar has a huge fan base in India. Though he was one of the best cricketers of his time, the pacer also had acting ambitions.

Shoaib Akhtar recently revealed that he was approached by Bollywood director Mahesh Bhatt for his crime-drama movie, “Gangster” (2005), with the offer to play the lead role.

Last year Akhtar revealed the title of his biopic, “Rawalpindi Express: Racing Against the Odds.” However, last month Akhtar announced his disassociation from it, alleging “disagreements and contractual infractions.”

Shoaib Akhtar represented Pakistan in 163 ODIs, 14 T20s, and 46 Tests. He has 178 red-ball wickets, 247 ODI wickets, and 21 T20I wickets under his belt. He is the first bowler to ever bowl at a pace of 100 mph.
