The Cricket Association of Bengal (CAB) has released the ticket prices for the five matches of the upcoming ODI World Cup 2023 that will be held at Eden Garden. It is expected that similar prices will be applicable for the matches at other venues too.

The announcement regarding the ticket prices was made on Monday. Eden Garden, known for its rich history, has witnessed numerous significant matches in the past. One notable event was the 1987 World Cup Final, where England emerged victorious against Australia. Additionally, the stadium has been a venue for several intense clashes between Pakistan and India, including a memorable match during the 1999 Asian Test Championship.

Among the five matches scheduled at the iconic stadium, the highly anticipated India-South Africa game and the semi-final will take place. The starting price for upper-tier seats in the marquee semi-final match will be Rs 900. Similarly, tickets for the India-South Africa game will be available in the range of Rs 900 to Rs 3000.

The match between Bangladesh and Qualifier 1 will offer the lowest ticket prices, starting at Rs 650 for upper-tier seats. As for Pakistan’s matches against England and Bangladesh, ticket prices will range from Rs 800 to Rs 2200.

The primary method of ticket sales will be conducted online through the official ICC website and app, along with authorized ticketing partners like PayTM and BookMyShow. Additionally, a limited quantity of tickets can be bought directly at the stadium box offices.

Limited seats will be accessible for buying directly at the stadium box offices of Eden Gardens, the venue for the matches.
