The ICC announced the star-studded commentary panel for the T20 World Cup starting next month. Many former cricketers of India have got place in it.

ICC T20 World Cup 2024 Commentators: Only a few days are left for the T20 World Cup 2024 to start. Most teams have announced squads for the tournament starting next week. The ICC on Friday announced the commentary panel for the Men’s T20 World Cup 2024. Once again fans will hear the voices of former legendary cricketers from the commentary box. The upcoming World Cup to be held in West Indies and America will be played from June 1 to June 29.

The ICC announced a star-studded commentary panel for the upcoming tournament, which includes some of the biggest names in cricket and broadcasting such as former Indian coach Ravi Shastri and legendary cricketer Sunil Gavaskar. The T20 World Cup will be played in America and West Indies from June 2 to 29. Dinesh Karthik, who retired from all forms of cricket, has also been selected in the commentary panel.

The main commentators include Ravi Shastri, Nasser Hussain, Ian Smith, Mel Jones, Harsha Bhogle and Ian Bishop. Providing insight into the modern game are former men’s and women’s T20 World Cup champions like Karthik, Ebony Rainford Brent, Samuel Badree, Carlos Brathwaite, Steve Smith, Aaron Finch and Lisa Sthalekar. Former ODI World Cup winners Ricky Ponting, Gavaskar, Matthew Hayden, Rameez Raja, Eoin Morgan, Tom Moody and Wasim Akram will also give their assessment.

Among those making his World Cup commentary debut is American commentator James O’Brien. The big names in the commentary team include Dale Steyn, Graeme Smith, Michael Atherton, Waqar Younis, Simon Doull, Shaun Pollock and Katie Martin, along with famous cricketers Mpumelelo Mbangwa, Natalie Germanos, Danny Morrison, Alison Mitchell, Alan Wilkins, Brian Murgatroyd, Mike Hessman, Ian Ward, Athar Ali Khan, Russell Arnold, Niall O’Brien, Kasa Nayudu and former West Indies captain Darren Ganga are present.
