IND vs AUS 2nd Test: Axar Patel and R Ashwin’s Counter-Attack Frustrates Australians.

Axar Patel and R Ashwin came together on the crease when India was on 139/7 in the 2nd Test match against Australia at Arun Jaitely Stadium in Delhi. The duo needed to put up a fight against the threatening Australian bowling line-up.

No one though that India would get anywhere close to Australia’s 1st inning total. However, Axar Patel and R Ashwin’s counter-attack has ensured that India is in position where they can take the game head on.

Axar Patel and R Ashwin are racing towards a century partnership for the 8th wicket. They can even break the record of the highest partnership for the 8th wicket by India against Australia if they manage to score 130 runs as a pair.

India has reached 252/7 and is looking to take the lead on Australia if Axar and Ashwin stay at the crease in the next few overs.
