The Indian captain Rohit Sharma was beaten in the air by Matthew Kuhnemann and stumped by Alex Carey on an individual score of 12 runs to give the first breakthrough to Australia in the ongoing 3rd Test at Indore.
Rohit Sharma was lucky twice in the first over of the match. He survived to appeals against him in the first over, bowled by Mitchell Starc. On both occasions, he was out in reality, but the Australian team did not dare to go for a DRS.

Thankfully, for the Australians, the Indian skipper failed to make a big score and departed only after scoring 12 runs. His departure has brought Cheteshwar Pujara into the crease, who has joined Shubman Gill in the middle.
Earlier today, India won the toss and opted to bat first due to the pitch being projected to favour the spinners as the game moves forwards heavily. Spinners have already started posing questions in the ongoing match. Shubman Gill was also dismissed by Kuhnemann and India are now 2 down for just 34 runs.
