Mohammed Shami has looked the best bowler for India in the pace department in the ongoing Border Gavaskar Trophy 2023. He picked two wickets on the first day of the 4th Test and looked the most threatening on a wicket that has nothing for the bowlers.

The pitch at Ahmedabad is doing nothing at all and the Indians are finding it tough to break the partnership between Cameron Green and Usman Khawaja. Australia is racing towards 300 runs and India are in big trouble if they don’t pick a few quick wickets.

Ravi Shastri who is doing commentary said that Mohammed Shami has the been best pacer for India in this Test. He criticised Umesh Yadav for being inconsistent with this lines. Yadav eased up the pressure with his wayward bowling on the morning of the 2nd Test.

Australia is just grinding out the first session to tire the Indian team and ultimately take benefit of it. Will the Aussies reach 500 is one of the questions that’s bugging the Indian cricket team fans.
