    India defeated Sri Lanka by 317 runs to register the biggest history in ODI cricket. No other team has ever registered by a margin of 300 runs or more in cricket history ever. Before this record-breaking victory, India’s biggest win was against Bermuda by 257 runs. With this victory, India has beaten the record of New Zealand, which was a victory against Ireland Kiwis with 290 runs in 2018.

    India’s 317 runs victory against Sri Lanka in the 3rd ODI is the largest margin of victory in ODI cricket history. Virat Kohli played a fantastic knock of 166* runs in 110 balls to help India score 390/5 in this epic victory over Sri Lanka. In his unbeaten knock, he smashed 13 fours and 8 sixes that completely destroyed the Sri Lankan team.

    Shubman Gill also played a crucial knock of 116 runs off 97 balls with the help of 14 fours and 2 sixes. India ended its inning with 390/5 in this ODI against Sri Lanka. In reply, Sri Lanka could only score 73 runs in total and lost the match by a huge margin of 317 runs.

    Mohammed Siraj took 4 wickets for India, while Kuldeep Yadav and Mohammad Shami took 2 wickets each. India whitewashed Sri Lanka in the three-match ODI series, and Virat Kohli was adjudged the player of the series for his great knocks in this series.
