In the previous week, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) also approved the state associations to establish ticket prices for each venue hosting World Cup matches. Among these associations, only the Cricket Association of Bengal (CAB) has released the ticket pricing information.

In a significant update, electronic ticketing services will not be available, requiring fans to obtain their tickets from box office counters. Additionally, for each game, the BCCI will be provided with 300 complimentary hospitality tickets as required. Moreover, state authorities are obligated to allocate 1295 tickets for league matches and 1355 tickets for games involving India and the semifinals to the ICC.

Earlier challenges with the World Cup schedule and the delay in securing a partner led to the postponement of the entire process. Now, the responsibility of selling ODI World Cup 2023 Tickets will be shared by two online ticketing platforms, namely BookMyShow and Paytm. Notably, digital tickets will not be offered for this event.

Ticket prices will vary based on the location and type of match, ranging from Rs 500 to Rs 10,000 per ticket.
