Harbhajan Singh, known for his exceptional spin skills during his cricketing career, shared his insights on Pakistan’s ODI prospects. He mentioned that while Pakistan excels in T20 cricket, they have a relatively average performance in the 50-over format.
He expressed this view on his YouTube channel, stating, “People are saying Pakistan could advance to the semifinals but in the 50-over format, they are just average. They play good cricket in T20Is.”
In contrast, Harbhajan confidently named India, Australia, England, and New Zealand as his top picks for the ODI World Cup 2023 semifinals. These selections highlight the strong cricketing prowess and rich history of these cricketing giants. He added, “My fourth pick would be New Zealand. (India, Australia, England, New Zealand) are my four semifinalists for the World Cup.”
