SRH vs KKR, the match 25th of Tata IPL 2022, is scheduled to be played at Brabourne Stadium in Mumbai from 7:30 PM IST on 15 April 2022.
Team Updates:
Sunrisers Hyderabad is riding high on confidence with a win against Gujarat Titans in their previous encounter in the tournament. SRH has won two matches on the trot, and everyone from their batting and bowling unit has performed well in the previous two matches.
Kane Williamson and Nicholas Pooran’s return to the form is the most promising feature for them in the tournament. Rahul Tripathi is also playing well as a dasher in the middle overs, and Abhishek Sharma realizes his potential at the top.
On the other hand, Kolkata Knight Riders have a few issues in their playing XI that they need to sort out. Ajinkya Rahane’s form at the top is a big worry for them. It hampers their scoring rate in the powerplay and puts unnecessary pressure on the middle order.
They need to find an alternative for Rahane and also make a few changes in their bowling strategy at the death. Pat Cummins’s inclusion in the playing XI has given some assurance in the death overs, but KKR needs another fast bowler to step up and take the initiative with Cummins in the final overs.
