Every team will come up with their own strengths in the upcoming edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL). While some teams are heavily dependent on their batters, some are heavily dependent on their pacers. There are also some teams that are heavily dependent on their spinners.

Here are 3 teams that are heavily dependent on their spinners:

1. Chennai Super Kings

Chennai Super Kings is one of such teams that are heavily dependent on their spinners for IPL 2023. The team has an army of spinners that could take down any team on the spin friendly wickets of MA Chidambaram Stadium. To complement Ravindra Jadeja and Moeen Ali, the Super Kings have the likes of Maheesh Theekshana, Prashant Solanki, and Mitchell Santner to name a few.

2. Kolkata Knight Riders

Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) retained Sunil Narine and Varun Chakravarthy ahead of the IPL 2022 mega auction. Along with Narine and Chakaravarthy, the Knight Riders also have the likes of Shakib Al Hasan, Anukul Roy, and mystery spinner Suyash Sharma. KKR is heavily dependent on their spinners and they could use their spin brigade on turning Eden Gardens’ track.

3. Rajasthan Royals

Rajasthan Royals have some of the highly talented spinners in their team in the form of Ravichandran Ashwin, Adam Zampa, Murugan Ashwin, and Yuzvendra Chahal. The team, being heavily dependent on their spinners, will look to capitalize on their slower bowlers with a spinning track at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium.
