Mumbai Indians’ leading pacer Jasprit Bumrah has been ruled out of the entire tournament of IPL 2023, and the franchise is yet to announce any replacement for him. Hence, fans are eager to know who will be replacing the star pacer in Mumbai’s playing 11 in IPL 2023.
According to some sources, Sachin Tendulkar’s son, Arjun Tendulkar, will be playing the opening match for Mumbai Indians. It is expected that he will be replacing either Jasprit Bumrah or Jhye Richardson in that match, as both these pacers will not be participating in IPL 2023.
Arjun Tendulkar has spent the last two IPL seasons on Mumbai Indians’ bench because he had a little domestic experience then. Now, in IPL 2023, though, the pace-bowling all-rounder comes as a more experienced cricketer and a more mature person.
