Middle-order: Moeen Ali, Ambati Rayudu & Ben Stokes 

Ben Stokes is likely to bat at number 5 or number 4 as he can stabilize the middle-order with attacking Moeen Ali at 3. Ambati Rayudu can play in the middle-order and alternate with Ben Stokes in terms of the batting order.
