Rajasthan Royals are likely to continue with the same opening combination that we saw last season. What’s better this time is that both Jos Buttler and Yashasvi are in tremendous form and are ready to destroy opponent’s bowling attack.

Middle-order: Sanju Samson, Devdutt Padikkal & Shimron Hetmyer

Sanju Samson is expected to bat at number 3, Devdutt Padikall at number 4, and Shimron Hetmyer is likely to take care of the finishing duties at number 5

All-rounders: Riyan Parag, Jason Holder & Ravichandran Ashwin

With the acquisition of Jason Holder, Rajasthan Royals’ department of all-rounders looks stronger this time.  Apart from Holder, RR have Riyan Parag and Ravichandran Ashwin. The trio together form a perfect all-rounder set complementing each other. 

Bowlers: Trent Boult, Kuldeep Sen & Yuzvendra Chahal

Jason Holder has taken Obed McCoy’s place and Kuldeep Sen is expected to take Prasidh Krishna’s place. Trent Boult would continue to lead the pace department with Yuzvendra Chahal leading the spin department.
