Sanjay Manjrekar, a former India cricketer, has praised the captaincy of Hardik Pandya and the coaching staff of the Gujarat Titans ahead of their match against the Kolkata Knight Riders in the TATA IPL 2023. Manjrekar credited the Titans’ success to the easygoing environment fostered by Pandya and head coach Ashish Nehra, which allows players to bring their best game to every match. The relaxed changing room keeps the players calm and focused, resulting in improved performance on the field.

    Gujarat Titans

The Gujarat Titans have been a strong team in the IPL thanks to their emphasis on teamwork and coordinated gaming, and their capacity to make decisions and adjust to changing circumstances has contributed to their success. The Titans’ dependable performance in the TATA IPL has been largely attributed to their combination of a strong skipper and an accomplished coaching staff.

Manjrekar believes that Pandya’s success as a captain is due to his ability to not take the game too seriously, allowing him to maintain a relaxed dressing room. Nehra takes care of the tactical side of things, which has helped the team play as a unit. According to Manjrekar, the Titans’ victory over CSK in their opening match showed that they are ready to defend their title.
