IPL 2023: KKR vs GT: Anil Kumble Lauds KKR’s Mystery Spinner Varun Chakravarthy’s Resurgence in the Ongoing IPL Edition

However, the 31-year-old Tamil Nadu-based bowler has taken 13 wickets in eight matches so far in IPL 2023, and Anil Kumble, who was known for his legendary spin bowling, is delighted to see Varun back in form. He remarked that Varun is a very unique bowler, with his action and speed being critical to his effectiveness. Kumble was glad to see that Varun had worked on his issues and improved his performance this year.

Kumble believes that this adjustment has helped Varun adapt to the format, which is reflected in his recent performances.
