On Monday (May 1), at the Ekana Cricket Stadium in Lucknow, the Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) will face off against the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) in the 43rd match of the Indian Premier League 2023.

LSG, who had won their five out of eight matches against the Delhi Capitals, Sunrisers Hyderabad, Royal Challnegers Bangalore, Rajasthan Royals and Punjab Kings will look to accumulate 2 more points in today’s match against the Royal Challengers Bangalore. Lucknow holds the second position on the points table.

RCB, on the other hand, who had won their four out of eight matches against the Mumbai Indians, Delhi Capitals, Punjab Kings and Rajasthan Royals will look to get 2 more points in today’s match against the Lucknow Super Giants. Bangalore holds sixth position on the points table.

  • The upcoming edition of IPL will have two groups: Group A and Group B.
  • Group A will consist of Mumbai Indians, Kolkata Knight Riders, Rajasthan Royals, Delhi Capitals, and Lucknow Super Giants.
  • Group B will consist of Chennai Super Kings, Sunrisers Hyderabad, Royal Challengers Bangalore, Punjab Kings, and Gujarat Titans.
  • In total, there will be 14 matches for each of the 10 teams, consisting of seven home and seven away games. The teams will face the five teams from the opposing group two times each, while they will play against the other four teams from their own group only once.
  • Once the league stage is over, the playoffs will feature the top 4 teams.
  • The standings will be updated daily based upon the conclusion of every game.
