IPL 2023 is starting from 31st March 2023 with a match between the defending champions Gujarat Titans and the four-time IPL winners Chennai Super Kings at the Narendra Modi Stadium, Ahmedabad. The blockbuster match will mark the return of home and away format in IPL after three years. The previous three editions of IPL have suffered due to the pandemic and its effects. However, the IPL 2023 will bring back league cricket in its glory. It is going to be the longest IPL season, with 74 matches in total which will be played over the course of about two months. IPL 2023 Schedule
IPL 2023 schedule was announced by the Board of Cricket Council of India (BCCI) on 17th February 2023. The two-month-long league will begin on 31st March 2023, and the last group stage match of the tournament will be played on 17th May 2023. A total of 74 matches are going to be played, including the playoffs. The exact dates for the playoffs have not been announced yet, but BCCI is expected to reveal the information about the same.
