The young right-handed opener has failed miserably at the top for the Capitals this year. He is yet to register a substantial score in the tournament.
Despite the struggles of Prithvi Shaw in the tournament, the Delhi Capitals management consisting of Ricky Ponting, Sourav Ganguly and the captain David Warner is likely to persist with Prithvi Shaw in the match against Sunrisers Hyderabad at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium.
