Kavya Maran made a big demand in IPL auction rules

According to reports, SRH owner Kavya has said, “It takes a lot of time to build a team and as discussed, it also takes a lot of time and investment to prepare young players. It took Abhishek Sharma 3 years to bring consistency in his performance. You will agree that other teams have many such examples.” She prefers mini auctions every year instead of mega auctions.

Kavya further said, “After being selected, if a player does not play the entire season for any reason other than injury, he should be banned. The franchise puts a lot of effort in the auction, if a player goes for a low amount and he does not come. So it affects the team combination”.
