The IPL governing council has announced the complete list of players for the 2025 mega auction. Notable players such as Rishabh Pant, Shreyas Iyer, KL Rahul, and Mohammed Shami are included in the marquee list. However, some big names are missing from the lineup for the IPL 2025 auction.
1- Ben Stokes
England’s captain Ben Stokes, who last played in the IPL in 2023 for Chennai Super Kings, has not participated since then.
2- Jofra Archer
Fast bowler Jofra Archer, also from England, has been dealing with injuries and last appeared in the 2023 IPL for Mumbai Indians.
3- Cameron Green
Australian all-rounder Cameron Green, who played for RCB in the 2024 season, has been sidelined for six months due to a back injury.

England’s all-rounder Chris Woakes, who was part of Punjab Kings in 2024, has not registered for the 2025 auction.
5- Shikhar Dhawan
