The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) and IPL sources have indicated that the trade, exclusively involving cash transactions, has received formal approval. Although the exact value of the deal remains undisclosed, it is clarified that no players are moving in the opposite direction. Hardik Pandya, the 30-year-old all-rounder, commands a league fee of INR 15 crore for the upcoming season.
