Mohammad Haris PSL Stats

Mohammad Haris, hailing from a Pashtun family in Mushtarzai near Peshawar, is a Pakistani international cricketer known for his power hitting and occasional wicket-keeping skills. Inspired by the legendary Mohammad Yousuf, he has been playing for Peshawar Zalmi in the Pakistan Super League since 2022.

Haris honed his cricketing skills at the Maazullah Khan Cricket Academy in Peshawar, following which he earned selection for the Peshawar Under-19 team. His talent quickly caught the attention of national selectors, leading to his inclusion in the Under-19 national team a year later.

In December 2019, Haris was named in Pakistan’s squad for the 2020 Under-19 Cricket World Cup, showcasing his potential to represent his country on the global stage at a young age.

Mohammad Haris T20 Career

In October 2020, Mohammad Haris marked his Twenty20 debut for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in the 2020–21 National T20 Cup.

His promising talent earned him a spot in the Pakistan Shaheens squad for their tour of Sri Lanka in October 2021, where he made his first-class debut.

In June 2021, Haris was named as a replacement player for the Karachi Kings’ squad in the 2021 PSL mini draft, although he did not feature in any matches for the team.

December 2021 saw Haris join Peshawar Zalmi after being signed in the supplementary category during the players’ draft for the 2022 PSL.

In February 2022, he made a memorable PSL debut against the Karachi Kings at Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore, where he impressed with a brisk innings of 49 runs off 27 balls, earning him the coveted man of the match award.
