Cricketer Rinku Singh is all set to tie the knot soon. His bride-to-be is Priya Saroj, a young Member of Parliament from Uttar Pradesh’s Samajwadi Party. Amid rumors circulating on social media, Priya’s father, MP and Samajwadi Party MLA Tufani Saroj, strongly denied the claims. However, he did mention that discussions had taken place regarding Rinku and his daughter’s relationship, adding that they were considering it carefully, as it’s a marriage matter, and decisions would be made thoughtfully.
Priya Saroj, the Samajwadi Party MP from Machaishar, and cricketer Rinku Singh are preparing for their wedding. The engagement and wedding date will be finalized after the Parliament session. The engagement will take place in Lucknow. Priya’s father, Tufani Saroj, who is an MLA from the Kerakat assembly seat in Jaunpur, shared that talks had taken place with Rinku’s father in Aligarh on Thursday regarding the wedding.

There was much talk about the engagement of Priya Saroj and Rinku Singh, with various rumors circulating on social media. In response, Tufani Saroj clarified that the engagement had not taken place yet, but the families had met in Aligarh and had meaningful discussions about the wedding.

The engagement and wedding date will be finalized after the Parliament session, which begins on January 30-31 and runs until February 13. Following the session, the engagement and wedding dates will be set. Meanwhile, Rinku Singh will play in the T20 series against England starting on January 22, which will be held in India. He will also play in the IPL, where he has been contracted by Shahrukh Khan’s team, Kolkata Knight Riders, for ₹13 crore. The wedding and engagement dates will be scheduled in a way that doesn’t interfere with his commitments.
How They Met Through a Friend’s Father
Tufani Saroj explained that Priya’s friend’s father is a cricketer, and it was through him that Rinku and Priya got to know each other. The two had known each other before and both have expressed their intention to marry with the approval of their families. Now, meaningful discussions have taken place between both families.
