    The Indian left-handed opener Smriti Mandhana is one of the four contenders for the ICC Women T20I Cricketer of the Year 2022. She is reportedly the frontrunner to win the Women T20I Cricketer of the Year 2022 award by ICC right now. Let’s take a look at who all are nominated for the Women T20I Cricketer of the Year.

    ICC has nominated three all-rounders and only one top-order batter, Smriti Mandhana, for the Women T20I Cricketer of the Year 2022 award. Here are all the players nominated by ICC:

    1- Smriti Mandhana

    Smriti Mandhana has scored 594 runs in 23 matches with five half-centuries this year. She was also nominated in the same category by ICC last year as well. Mandhana has scored the fastest half-century by an Indian ever by registering the 50 mark in just 23 balls.

    2- Nida Dar

    Nida Dar is one of the star all-rounders nominated for the year by ICC. She has 396 runs in 16 matches at an average of 56.57 and 15 wickets this year. She can also be the one to win the award.

    3- Sophie Devine

    Sophie Devine has 389 runs in 14 matches at an average of 29.92 and 13 wickets in 2022. She is one of the finest all-rounders from New Zealand.

    4- Tahilia McGrath

    Tahilia McGrath has 435 runs in 16 matches at an average of 62.14 and 13 wickets in 2022 for Australia. She is a remarkable batter and bowler who can surprise people by lifting the trophy this year.
