Australian cricket icon Steve Smith has announced his intention to enter the 2025 Indian Premier League (IPL) auction, marking a potential return to the league after a two-year break. The former Australian captain, who last played in the IPL in 2021, has seen renewed interest in his T20 career following his outstanding performance in Major League Cricket (MLC) 2024.
