BCCI’s Announcement for Prize Money
Jay Shah, the honorary secretary of BCCI announced on Sunday that the Indian Cricket Team will receive a prize money of ₹125 Crore for their T20 World Cup winning performance.

From 2016 to 2022, winners received ₹13.12 crore, which was double the ₹6.56 crore received by the runners-up. In 2024, this amount has further increased to ₹20.42 crore.
