T20 World Cup Warm-Up Schedule: India To Face Bangladesh, Before Starting Their World Cup Campaign

T20 World Cup 2024 will start from June 1. Some teams will play warm-up matches before this tournament to be hosted by America and West Indies. The Indian team will play its only warm-up match against Bangladesh in New York on June 1. Team India led by Rohit Sharma will be seen playing against Nazmul Hasan Shanto’s team at the Nassau County International Cricket Stadium in New York.

Pakistan’s team will start its campaign in the T20 World Cup with a match against the USA on June 6. After this, Babar Azam’s team will face India on June 9. Pakistan’s team will not play any warm-up match in this tournament. Currently, Pakistan’s team is seen playing a four-match T20 series against England. Earlier, Babar’s army played a three-match T20 series against Ireland.

Apart from Pakistan, South Africa will also not play warm-up matches. Recently they played a T20 series against West Indies. The West Indies team will play a practice match against Australia on May 31. At the same time, Rashid Khan’s Afghanistan will face Scotland and Oman. Bangladesh and the US recently faced each other in a three-match T20 series. Both the teams will face each other once again in the practice match to be played in Dallas on May 28.

The live telecast of the warm-up matches of the T20 World Cup 2024 will be on Star Sports Network. At the same time, live streaming of these matches will be on Disney Plus Hotstar. Interestingly, only two games will be telecast live which include West Indies-Australia and India-Bangladesh.
