    1. Marco Jansen, Sunrisers Eastern Cape

A crucial member of the SEC team that secured victory in the inaugural SA20, Jansen showcased his prowess with both bat and ball. In SA20 2023, Jansen scored 177 runs at a remarkable strike rate of 150 and took eight wickets, epitomizing a perfect all-round display. With success in all three formats for South Africa, Jansen’s skills make him a key player to watch in SA20 2024.

    2. Sam Curran, MI Cape Town

Instrumental in England’s T20 World Cup triumph in 2022, Curran’s all-round capabilities earned him the Man of the Series accolade. Part of MI Cape Town, Curran’s experience and match-winning abilities with both bat and ball make him a valuable asset. While his impact with the bat was moderate in SA20 2023, Curran’s reputation as a seasoned campaigner positions him as a player to watch.

    3. Moeen Ali, Joburg Super Kings

With extensive T20I, IPL, and global T20 league experience, Ali brings a wealth of cricketing wisdom to JSK. A dynamic and attacking batsman, Ali boasts a T20I strike rate of 143.35 and has been a key part of England’s T20 success. Ali’s role in England’s T20 World Cup 2022 victory highlights his ability to shine on the biggest stages.

    4. Romario Shepherd, Joburg Super Kings

Representing JSK, Shepherd brings the explosive batting style typical of West Indian cricketers, boasting a T20I strike rate of 152.79. With 33 T20I wickets and a dangerous lower-order batting record, Shepherd’s 3D skills align with the modern-day demands of T20 cricket. Shepherd’s ability to contribute both with the bat and ball positions him as an exciting all-rounder to watch in the upcoming season.

    5. James Neesham, Pretoria Capitals
