Unofficially the record for hitting the longest six is held by Shahid Afridi who reportedly blasted a 153m six against South Africa in Johannesburg ground in 2013. However, ICC has officially registered the six as 120m long and it is not the longest six in international cricket anymore. 1- Brett Lee’s 130m Six
The Australian fast bowler who was known for destroying the stumps has also hit the longest six in cricketing history. ICC has officially declared the 130m six hit by Brett Lee in 2005 against West Indies as the longest six in history. Brett Lee scored this six off Darren Powell’s bowling.
2- Martin Guptill’s 127m Six
The second longest six in international cricket belongs to the Kiwi opener Martin Guptill who smashed a 127m long six against South Africa in 2012. He deposited the ball bowled by Lonwabo Tsotsobe for a massive maximum.
3- Liam Livingstone’s 122m Six
Liam Livingstone the ferocious English batter who is known for his power-hitting smashed the third longest six of all time against Pakistan in 2021. The ball travelled 122m. He decimated the premium Pakistani pacer Haris Rauf.

4- Corey Anderson’s 122m Six
Another Kiwi batter in this list, Corey Anderson is also known for his muscle power on the field. He Mohammed Shami for a 122m six to register the fourth longest six of all time in international cricket. He hit this maximum in 2014.
5- Mark Waugh’s 120m Six
Perhaps the oldest six in this list of longest sixes in international cricket, Mark Waugh’s 120m hit against New Zealand in 1997 is still remembered for its sheer audacity. Interestingly the hit had come in a Test match.
6- Yuvraj Singh’s 119m Six
