On July 18, 2024, both announced on their social media profiles that they have separated. This was confirmed a day after Natasha left for Serbia (her parents’ home) with her son Agastya Pandya. The couple announced their divorce through social media posts. They called this moment a difficult decision and said that they would take care of their three-year-old son Agastya together.

Hardik wrote in his Insta post, ‘We have decided to separate by mutual consent after four years of being together.’ Hardik further wrote, ‘We are sure that this decision will be in the interest of both of us. He further wrote that we have been blessed by God in the form of Agastya, who will be the center of both of our lives and we will co-parent and ensure that we give our all for his happiness. We request you to give us privacy during this difficult and sensitive time.’

At present, Agastya is in Serbia with his mother Natasha, where his parents have a house. After reading the posts of both of them, there is no issue of custody of their son, because both of them have said that they will take care of their son together and in future if any of them approaches the court for divorce, then after looking at many previous divorce cases we have come to the conclusion that in this case the court hands over the custody of the child to the mother for proper care.
