World Cup 2023 Ticket Registration Begins on This Website on 3:30 PM

To prevent a chaotic rush reminiscent of the high ticket demand seen during the IPL 2023 season, both BCCI and ICC have jointly opted for a staggered ticket sales strategy.

Today marks the eagerly awaited moment for fans, as they can now pre-register for World Cup 2023 tickets on the ICC website. The process begins at 3:30 PM today, and the tickets will be available for purchase starting from August 25. Throughout the tournament, India will engage in nine matches taking place at various World Cup venues. Reservations for each match will occur on separate dates. The tournament opener at Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad will feature the clash between last year’s finalists, England and New Zealand.

To prevent a chaotic rush reminiscent of the high ticket demand seen during the IPL 2023 season, both BCCI and ICC have jointly opted for a staggered ticket sales strategy. The plan entails the initial availability of tickets for all non-India matches on August 25. Subsequently, between August 31 and September 3, fans will be able to secure tickets for India’s matches. According to a source from Cricbuzz, this approach aims to adeptly handle the anticipated surge in demand, ensuring a smoother process that serves the fans effectively.
