The BCCI has decided to entrust the ticket sales for the ODI World Cup 2023 to two online ticketing platforms/agencies: BookMyShow and Paytm.
Despite the ticket sales being managed online by Paytm and BookMyShow, attendees will still be required to carry physical copies of their actual tickets at the stadium locations.
Each of the two ticketing companies, Paytm and BookMyShow, is expected to handle approximately half of the World Cup matches.
Tickets for the semifinals at the Wankhede Stadium and the Eden Gardens in Kolkata will be available for purchase on Paytm.com. However, according to a source from TOI, tickets for the highly anticipated India vs Pakistan (IND vs PAK) match and the final of the ODI World Cup will be available for purchase exclusively on Bookmyshow.com.

Ticket sales are scheduled to commence on August 10.
The ICC reconnaissance team conducted visits to all 12 locations where the World Cup matches and pre-tournament games will take place in the meantime.
