World Test Championship Final between India and Australia is in full swing and the Aussies are currently quite ahead in the game on day 4 with a lead of over 300 run and 5 wickets to spare.

Steve Smith has played a vital role in Australia’s dominance in The Ultimate Test so far. The Australian batter scored a century in the first innings of the match and was among the pick of the batters alongside Travis Head.

Smith was doing a great job in the second innings for Australia as well before he decided to play a rash, out of character shot against Ravindra Jadeja on day 3 of the World Test Championship Final.

Ultimately, Smith was caught out on the score of 34 off 47. His dismissal has opened up the doors for India’s comeback in the WTC Final.

Former Australian coach Justin Langer who is currently one of the commentators in WTC Final has revealed that he was talking to Smith on the eve of day 3 of WTC Final when Virat Kohli interrupted their talk by saying, “rubbish shot” to Steve Smith. In reply, Smith laughed it off and said, “fair call.”

Both Kohli and Smith have come a long way and the two has formed a great bond over the years. Langer’s words have shown how Indian and Australian cricketers have started to mingle quite well with each other.
