Australians Hazlewood, Head, Starc, Cummins, and others are listed with a maximum base price of Rs 2 crore.

Jofra Archer, recently released by Mumbai Indians, is notably absent from the IPL auction where 1,166 players are listed. The auction, set for December 19 in Dubai, includes prominent names like Mitchell Starc, Pat Cummins, Travis Head, Daryl Mitchell, and Rachin Ravindra, all seeking spots in the 10-team league. Josh Hazlewood has submitted his name, but Wanindu Hasaranga is missing from the list.

Out of the 830 Indian players in the auction, 18 are capped, including Varun Aaron, KS Bharat, and Umesh Yadav. Harshal Patel, Kedar Jadhav, Shardul Thakur, and Umesh Yadav, recently released by their franchises, have set a maximum base price of Rs 2 crore, while the remaining 14 capped players are available at the reserve price of Rs 50 lakh.

Despite Archer’s absence, English players like Adil Rashid, Harry Brook, and Dawid Malan feature prominently in the list, with varied base prices.
