Indian Premier League (IPL) – The festival of India will witness the Mega Auction in which 590 players will be under the hammer for bids by 10 franchises. The existing 8 franchises were allowed to retain a maximum of 4 players. After, the existing teams made their decision, the two new franchises Gujarat Titans & Lucknow Super Giants had the privilege of drafting 3 players each from the released players.
Mega Auction 2022 will take place on 12 & 13 February 2022. All the teams are ready to fight out for the potential players in their list. However, the war in mega auction will not be a cake walk, as the franchises are left with different amount of budget according to the amount spent on their retained players.
Every franchise already has a core, therefore team structure needs to revolve around them for a settled and dominating side.
