Shikhar Dhawan played a supporting innings of 40 runs of 29 in PBKS’ first match of IPL 2023 (vs KKR). The innings was the highlight of dependable batting that included some very good shots. Because of this innings, many fans took to Twitter to praise the captain and also demanded BCCI to bring him back. Some even made comparisons between him and Team India current opener Rohit Sharma.
