Rishabh Pant recently underwent plastic surgery to reduce the damage caused by abrasions on his face and other parts of the skin. Will Rishabh Pant Play IPL 2023?
No, as per the reports right now Rishabh Pant is not going to play IPL 2023 and the Delhi Capitals will have to find a different captain this year. DC is not going to release him so there is not point in discussing about his replacement for IPL 2023. Rishabh Pant is expected to get fit by May 2023 but for him to play cricket again he will have to report to NCA and undergo the mandatory tests that are required after injuries.
Even after completely recovering from the injuries, Rishabh Pant will have to spend about a month in NCA to be cleared to play competitive cricket in India. He has suffered many injuries including a ligament tear in his right leg. We are expecting him to be available for selection for Indian cricket team from August or September 2023.
The bottomline is that Rishabh Pant is not going to play IPL 2023.
