Iqbal’s cricketing journey began with his List A debut for Water and Power Development Authority in the 2018–19 Quaid-e-Azam One Day Cup on October 16, 2018. Prior to this, he earned a spot in Pakistan’s squad for the 2018 Under-19 Cricket World Cup.
