Suryakumar Yadav won the award for ‘Smart Catch of the Match’
In the final of the T20 World Cup 2024, the Smart Catch of the Match award was given to India’s star batsman Suryakumar Yadav. He took a spectacular catch of David Miller on a boundary during Hardik Pandya’s over, which changed the course of the match.

The Indian run machine, Virat Kohli won the player of the match in the final for his gritty knock. He kept one end sealed for India and scored significant 76 runs of 59 balls.
Jasprit Bumrah named Player of the Tournament
Jasprit Bumrah, the best bowler in the world was phenomenal for India during the tournament. He was named player of the tournament for his economical and wicket taking bowling. Bumrah bowled with an economy of around just 4.0 in the T20 World Cup 2024.
