The second ODI between South Africa and England was filled with drama and excitement. However, the highlight of the match was the heated exchange between English skipper Jos Buttler and South African batter Rassie van der Dussen.
The argument erupted during South Africa’s innings, when van der Dussen blocked Buttler’s attempt to take a catch off a googly by Adil Rashid. The English wicket-keeper expressed his frustration, asking van der Dussen, “What’s your problem? It’s not all about you all the time.” The South African retorted, “No, it’s about you.” The umpires had to intervene to calm the situation down.
Despite the altercation, South Africa went on to win the match with a solid performance by their skipper Temba Bavuma, who scored 109 off 102 balls. Aiden Markram and David Miller also contributed to the team’s success with 49 and 58 runs respectively. The visitors clinched the series with the win.
