India vs Australia 4th Test is going on at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. Australia is batting first after winning the toss. Travis Head and Usman Khawaja gave Australia a brilliant start before India ultimately pulled things back a little bit by picking two wickets in the first session.

Australia has ended the session on 75/2 in 29 overs. Usman Khawaja and Steve Smith are on the crease. Khawaja is batting on 27 while Smith is on 2. Earlier in the game, Travis Head scored 32 off 44 after he was dropped on 7 by KS Bharat.

Head was dismissed by Ravi Ashwin. Following this Mohammed Shami quickly got rid of Marnus Labuschagne. The game is in balance and the second session is going to be quite crucial.

The pitch is suitable for batting right now as there are no demons in the surface that can aid the spinners in an unconventional method like Indore. Pacers are also going to be crucial at this wicket for the first two to three days.
