The three match T20 series between India and Sri Lanka is starting from 27 July. Team India is fully prepared for this series with the new captain. IND vs SL: India's Playing 11 can be like this in the First T20 against Sri Lanka!

The BCCI made Suryakumar Yadav the new captain of Team India in the T20 format. However, Hardik Pandya was the most suitable candidate for the role. The biggest question is how Team India’s playing 11 will be under Surya’s captaincy. In this article, we will let you know how Team India’s possible playing 11 can be for the first match.

This will be India’s Top Order!

Shubman Gill and Yashasvi Jaiswal can take the field as Team India’s opening pair against Sri Lanka. During the T20 series played against Zimbabwe after the World Cup, these two players also opened for India. However, during that time, Abhishek Sharma came to open with Shubman in the first two matches. Jaiswal had not reached Zimbabwe till then.

After this, Rishabh Pant will take over the responsibilities at number three. Pant also batted at number three during the T20 World Cup. Where he performed well for Team India on many important occasions. Pant will also play as a wicketkeeper. After Pant, Team India’s new captain Suryakumar Yadav will bat at number four. Surya is in great form.

    Middle Order looks Strong!

The middle order of the Indian team looks very strong during this series. Where along with all-rounder players, there are also great finishers. Rinku Singh can be seen playing at number 5 against Sri Lanka. Shivam Dubey at number 6, Hardik Pandya at number 7 and Axar Patel at number 8. However, these four players can be moved up and down according to the circumstances of the match. Especially Rinku Singh. Rinku Singh can also come to bat in the top order against Sri Lanka, if Team India needs a finisher in the top order. Apart from this, Shivam Dubey, Hardik Pandya and Axar Patel will play the role of all-rounders in the playing 11.

In such a situation, everyone’s eyes will definitely be on him. Ravi Bishnoi will be the spinner in this playing 11, who will be supported by Axar Patel in the spin unit.
