Chennai Super Kings (CSK) are gearing up for their faceoff against Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) on April 21st, and cricket fans are brimming with excitement. With six points from five matches, CSK is currently in 3rd place, while SRH is struggling in 9th place with two wins from five matches.

    Shivam Dube

One of the most impressive performers for CSK this season has been Shivam Dube. The left-handed all-rounder played a fiery knock of 52 runs in 27 balls against Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB), helping his team to post an intimidating total of 226-6. Dube’s immense striking ability was on full display as he took the RCB bowlers to the cleaners, making it look like child’s play.

In a recent interaction with CSK’s social media handle, Dube credited CSK captain MS Dhoni’s advice for his outstanding performance against RCB. Dube revealed that when the team was in a difficult situation at 36-2, Dhoni had backed him to fulfill his role and play to his strengths. The result was an incredible knock of 95 runs in 46 balls, including 5 fours and 8 sixes.

Dhoni’s leadership has been instrumental in CSK’s success this season, and Dube’s performance is just one example of his guidance paying off. As CSK takes on SRH, they will be looking to build on their recent close victory over RCB, though their bowling attack remains a concern.

SRH, on the other hand, will be looking to bounce back after their loss to Mumbai Indians (MI). They have a dangerous bowling lineup but need their batters to step up to the plate, particularly Mayank Agrawal, who needs to give the team a good start.

    MS and Dube

As for the match itself, we can expect an exciting contest with CSK considering bringing back Mitchell Santner into the playing 11. The left-arm spinner can provide foxy variations and also be used as a floater, which could be an effective strategy against SRH’s batting lineup. It won’t be surprising to see 10-12 overs of spin against SRH.
