Sikandar Raza hit a fighting fifty (57) as Punjab Kings defeated Lucknow Super Giants in 19.3 overs at the Ekana Cricket Stadium on Saturday. Yudhvir Singh Charak, Mark Wood, and Ravi Bishnoi each took two wickets but were unable to prevent a loss.
Earlier, Sam Curran took three wickets and Kagiso Rabada took two as LSG reached 159 for eight. KL Rahul hit 74 off 56 balls but was not helped by his teammates. KL Rahul also became the fastest batsman to score 4000 IPL runs throughout the match. PBKS stand-in captain Sam Curran won the toss and chose to bowl.

Shahrukh Khan was the hero of the match for Punjab Kings. He took three good catches in the game and played a vital unbeaten knock of 23 off 10 to guide his team to victory.
