Ramiz Raja Lashes Out at PCB- Says Removing Him is Like France Firing Their Board after Reaching Final in FIFA

Ramiz Raja, the former Chairman of the Pakistan Cricket Board, has lashed out at the new regime with his latest statement. He said, “Removing me is just like France firing their entire board even after they played in the FIFA World Cup final.” This statement by Ramiz Raja is now trending on the internet.

Recently Ramiz Raja was fired from his post as the PCB Chairman, and Najam Sethi, under whom the Pakistan cricket team won the ICC Champions Trophy in 2017, was again appointed as the Chairman of PCB. Since then, there has been a war of words between PCB and Ramiz Raja.

In a statement, Ramiz Raja claimed that the PCB Chairman Najam Sethi would not allow him to make a return in the commentary box. However, on the other hand, Najam Sethi has publicly said that Ramiz Raja is free to do commentary if he wishes to in the matches of the Pakistan cricket team.

Ramiz Raja’s recent outbursts have also signalled that PCB can move to the court in order to silence his baseless remarks. The battle of words between the PCB and Ramiz Raja is heating up, with the latter coming up with new statements every day.

Will PCB take action against Ramiz Raja, or will he be allowed to make comments as he pleases? The answer to this question will soon be revealed in the upcoming days.
