    Sahibzada Farhan, born on March 6, 1996, is a cricketer from Pakistan. Since 2016, he has represented various domestic teams. In June 2018, he received his first call-up to the national team. In August 2018, Farhan was among the thirty-three players selected by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) to receive a central contract for the 2018–19 season.

    Sahibzada Farhan Domestic & PSL Career

    Sahibzada Farhan made his first-class debut for Peshawar in the 2016–17 Quaid-e-Azam Trophy on October 1, 2016. In the Pakistan Super League, he represents Islamabad United. Notably, he emerged as the top run-scorer for Balochistan in the 2017 Pakistan Cup, amassing 331 runs in five matches.

    His prowess with the bat continued to shine as he was named in Punjab’s squad for the 2018 Pakistan Cup. Farhan’s standout performance came in the opening match against Balochistan, where he scored 155 runs and was awarded the man of the match title. This success led to his inclusion in Sindh’s squad for the 2019 Pakistan Cup.

    Farhan’s journey in domestic cricket saw him join Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s squad for the 2019–20 Quaid-e-Azam Trophy tournament. He continued to impress, earning a spot in the team for the 2020–21 Pakistan Cup. His stellar batting display reached new heights as he emerged as the leading run-scorer in the 2021–22 National T20 Cup, amassing 447 runs.

    His exceptional performances did not go unnoticed, as he was honored with the PCB’s Domestic Cricketer of the Year award for 2021. In December 2023, Farhan’s leadership qualities were recognized as he was selected to captain Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited in the 2023–24 President’s Trophy.
