Sandeep Sharma is known for his swing bowling, and he has done the job for quite a few times in the Indian Premier League so far in the past seasons. However, this year Sandeep Sharma went unsold in the IPL 2023 mini-auction, which was held in Kochi.

"The Auction did not go as expected," Says Star Bowler after IPL 2023 Auction

In an exclusive interview, Sandeep Sharma expressed his disappointment after the auction. He said, “This auction didn’t go as expected; I was shocked. I was not expecting this, even 1 per cent…” Sandeep Sharma is one of the most underrated swing bowlers in IPL, and he has picked the wickets of star players like Virat Kohli and Chris Gayle in IPL.

Virat Kohli was, in fact, very troubled by Sandeep Sharma in his career at the IPL 2023. He has lost his wickets against Sandeep Sharma on many occasions. Sandeep Sharma has represented IPL franchises like Punjab Kings and Sunrisers Hyderabad.

He will be hoping to make an impact in the ongoing domestic tournaments to get a national call-up in the near future.
